Refund Policy

Effective date: June 2026

7-day refund window. If CarrierEdge isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your initial purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

Days 0–7

Full refund, no questions asked

Email billing@carrieredge.io with your order number. We'll process the refund promptly. Your license key will be deactivated upon refund.

After 7 days

Cancel to stop future charges

After the 7-day window, we don't offer refunds for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.

How cancellation works

Cancelling removes your subscription from the next billing cycle. Your license key remains active through the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, member-only features lock — but your local data (P&L records, fleet, invoices) stays in your browser and is not deleted.

Renewals

If you did not intend to renew and were charged, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and we will review it on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee refunds outside the 7-day initial window, but we're reasonable people — reach out.
